NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J., Sept. 19, 2017 -- Martindale-Hubbell announced today the launch of its new Client Champion awards, an exclusive recognition that demonstrates an attorney’s commitment to client service based on the quantity and quality of their scores on Martindale-Hubbell client reviews. Fewer than 1% of all attorneys qualified to receive an award.
“We are proud to recognize these attorneys who epitomize the best in client service,” said Diana Schulz, President of the Martindale division at Internet Brands. “Martindale-Hubbell connects attorneys with buyers of legal services. This award showcases those attorneys who have demonstrated a commitment to client service as confirmed by their clients and makes it easier for buyers of legal services to select the right lawyer.”
An attorney’s Client Champion award appears on his Lawyers.com and Martindale.com profiles and may also be displayed on his website and in his email signature and other marketing materials.
Martindale-Hubbell client reviews were launched in 2011. Clients complete an anonymous review on Lawyers.comSM or Martindale.com®, indicating whether they would recommend the attorney and rate that lawyer in four categories: Communication, Responsiveness, Quality of Service and Value for Money.
“Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion awards help attorneys differentiate themselves from their competitors and confirm their credibility for prospective clients,” said Schulz. “When combined with Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings, these awards validate attorneys’ credentials both from the perspective of their peers and their clients.”
