McDonald’s Australia is offering the Chicken Big Mac once again, and this is good news for the locals who have loved the sandwich ever since it was first introduced four years ago. The burger is available in most restaurant outlets across the country.
The Chicken Big Mac at McDonald’s Australia will be sold in participating locations and fans should get them as soon as possible because it will only be available for a limited time. As posted on the restaurant’s Aussie website, the Chicken Big Mac is similar to the regular Big Macs but rather than the beef patty, crispy chicken is used thus they are also a bit different.
The sandwich has two fried chicken patties, cheese, lettuce, and pickles. It is smothered with special sauce then all sandwiched in a sesame seed bun. Based on the info on the McDonald’s Australia web page, customers can only buy the Chicken Big Mac after 10:30 a.m. which means it is offered once the breakfast period is over.
The sandwich was last offered in McDonald’s Australia stores three years ago and it was already a big favorite at that time. Now, it is officially back on the menu and it may also take some time before it returns again after this limited-time return.
Meanwhile, at McDonald’s Singapore, aside from the new menu, it also launched a merchandise item for the new year. The restaurant unveiled the limited-edition crossbody bags just for 2022.
According to Asia One, McDonald’s Singapore is releasing the crossbody bags on Jan. 3 and they can be purchased through the McDelivery app or in the stores. The merchandise will retail for S$14.90 each with any food purchase.
Customers can choose between two designs and these are the Sesame Seed Cross-Body bag and the Big Mac ‘N’ Fries Cross-Body bag. For Inbox Treat subscribers, they will get a promo code for early access to purchase the new merchandise.
Finally, fans should take note that the new crossbody bags being offered in McDonald’s Singapore are not available in the following outlets: the Drive-Thru, McCafe, McDonald’s Shell Tampines, Dessert Kiosk, McDonald’s Shell Hougang, McDonald’s Tampines Kiosk, McDonald’s Shell Havelock, and food delivery platforms - GrabFood and Foodpanda.
