McDonald’s has launched its highly anticipated Biscoff McFlurry at its Chicago headquarters. This limited-time treat is exclusively available in Chicago, featuring creamy vanilla soft serve blended with Biscoff cookies and caramel sauce. Fans are already buzzing about the possibility of a nationwide release.

Biscoff McFlurry’s Success in Chicago Could Lead to a Nationwide McDonald's Release

Biscoff enthusiasts are in for a treat at McDonald's with the introduction of a limited-time Biscoff McFlurry. This indulgent dessert, featuring a vanilla soft serve base blended with Biscoff cookies and caramel sauce, is only available at one location: McDonald’s international headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, at 1035 W. Randolph. For those in or near Chicago, it's an exclusive opportunity to be the first to taste this new flavor as it debuts in McDonald's USA.

If the Biscoff McFlurry proves successful, it could expand to other locations and, perhaps, lead to a nationwide release. Biscoff fans across the country will be hoping this limited run performs well in Chicago. But for now, those lucky enough to be nearby can enjoy this frozen delight while supplies last.

The McFlurry has long been a staple at McDonald’s, with its iconic combination of vanilla soft serve and sweet toppings. The Oreo McFlurry remains the chain’s most successful flavor, thanks to the perfect blend of vanilla and crushed Oreo cookies, reminiscent of the cookie’s signature cream-filled center.

Introduced in 1995 by Canadian franchisee Ron McLellan, the McFlurry first appeared in Bathurst, New Brunswick, before expanding to Toronto and eventually to the U.S. The dessert's signature feature—vanilla soft serve mixed with various toppings—has included flavors such as Oreo, Heath, Nestle Crunch, M&M’s, and Butterfinger. Its customizable format earned it widespread popularity.

McDonald’s Expands Menu with CosMc Beverages, Chicken Big Mac, and the Return of Halloween Boo Buckets

McDonald’s continues expanding its menu with new offerings, allowing fans to enjoy nostalgic favorites and explore new flavors. Whether craving something familiar or adventurous, the chain's evolving menu keeps customers returning for more.

CosMc Beverages

McDonald’s is also launching a new venture into beverages with CosMc, introducing six new drinks as part of its menu at the new San Antonio, Texas location. Fans of the 1980s McDonald’s mascot, CosMc, will be delighted to see the character return in this new endeavor. The lineup of beverages includes:

  • Coconut Cold Brew: A dark coffee blend mixed with coconut-vanilla flavors and topped with cold foam.
  • French Toast Galaxy Iced Latte: A breakfast-inspired drink with espresso, sweet maple, and warm cinnamon.
  • Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte: A refreshing mix of shaken matcha, vanilla flavors, and cold foam.
  • Oat & Honey Latte: A new take on the latte, blending espresso with honey and oat milk.
  • Pistachio Swirl Shaken Espresso: Espresso with pistachio flavors and oat milk foam for a buttery taste.
  • Sea Salted Caramelastic Shaken Espresso: A mix of sea salt caramel flavors and oat milk blended with freshly brewed espresso.

Chicken Big Mac

The iconic Big Mac gets a twist with the introduction of the Chicken Big Mac, now available at McDonald's locations across the U.S. After being a fan favorite at international McDonald's restaurants, this reimagined Big Mac features two tempura-battered fried chicken patties instead of the classic beef, along with the famous Big Mac sauce. Fans should hurry, as this new offering is available for a limited time.

Boo Buckets

Just in time for Halloween, McDonald’s is bringing back a nostalgic favorite—the Boo Buckets. First introduced in 1986 as part of the Happy Meal, the Boo Buckets return this season with a fresh look. While the original characters McPunkin’, McBoo, and McGoblin won’t appear, the new buckets feature colorful furry monsters in green, white, blue, and orange. Customers can grab these iconic Halloween pails with a Happy Meal, which includes a choice of Chicken McNuggets or a hamburger.
