What’s more, churros are popular in Japan and these are often being sold as snacks almost everywhere. Now that it has arrived at McDonald’s as well, customers can now easily have them any time.
People can purchase the Hitokuchi Churros at participating McDonald’s outlets throughout Japan for just 240 yen or about $2.10. This dessert snack will be in the stores for a limited time only and will be available starting Feb. 16.
The small size of Hitokuchi Churros is a pack that contains 4 pieces of bite-sized churros crispy 6 cm. long dough that is filled with chocolate sauce. Since there is already a filling, there is no need for a dipping sauce.
Finally, as per Entabe, McDonald’s Japan has added a secret ingredient to make Hitokuchi Churros even more delicious. It was said that caramel powder was also added to the dough and this effectively gave the dessert a slightly savory flavor.
