The Chicken Big Mac may be new to some, but McDonald’s has been quietly testing it in select locations for years. Last year, a TikTok fan who doesn’t eat beef shared her excitement at finally enjoying a Big Mac tailored to her preferences. She praised the crispiness of the chicken, echoing Kempczinski’s comments, though she wondered why it hadn’t been added to the permanent menu, given the readily available ingredients.
