BOSTON, Aug. 08, 2017 -- Nexthink®, a leader in end-user experience management, today announced that it was mentioned as a sample vendor in four key Gartner Hype Cycle Reports. The reports cite a “high benefit rating” for the technology categories Nexthink appeared in. The new reports include: Hype Cycle for IT Performance Analysis, 2017 (1.); Hype Cycle for Unified Workspaces, 2017 (2.); Hype Cycle for Back-Office Analytic Applications, 2017(3.); and Hype Cycle for Digital Design, 2017(4.).
“We’re pleased to be included among the sample vendors for several recent Gartner’s Hype Cycle reports,” said Pedro Bados, CEO, Nexthink. “We believe it not only validates the importance of our end-user experience management solutions on IT performance and end-user satisfaction and productivity, but it also demonstrates the growth potential of a still unsaturated marketplace.”
The Gartner Hype Cycle for IT Performance Analysis, 2017 notes that “infrastructure and operations leaders face an array of decisions about how to observe and analyze IT system events and behaviors.” Additionally, the report states that “the adoption of digital experience monitoring processes and technologies will accelerate the process of business digitalization and improve the results of that process.”
As part of its Hype Cycle for Unified Workspaces, 2017, Gartner outlines the future state of people-centric computing. According to the report, “while work has evolved from ‘a place where you go’ to ‘what you do,’ it still has not eliminated the need for a physical workspace.
According to the Gartner Hype Cycle for Back-Office Analytic Applications, “With the growing digitalization of physical assets (IoT) combined with a workforce that is always connected, it becomes imperative to use analytics to extract insights from exponentially increasing numbers of data sources in the working environment and drive better business outcomes.”
The Gartner Hype Cycle for Digital Design, 2017, reports that “digital design is a core competency for digital transformation and digital business.” It also states that “the adoption of digital experience monitoring processes and technologies will accelerate the process of business digitalization and improve the results of that process.”
Nexthink’s end-user experience management platform provides enterprise-wide, real-time visibility and analytics covering all of an organization’s endpoints, users, applications and network connections.
