“One Piece” chapter 926 might be where Luffy and Kid’s attempts to escape from Kaido’s prison will start. Meanwhile, many are hoping that the next chapter will also introduce more powerful samurais that are potential allies for the Kozuki clan.
As expected, Kaido’s men will not go easy on Luffy and Kid. Manga readers must remember that Kaido did not kill Luffy in the hopes that he will be demoralized enough in prison and later agree to become Kaido’s subordinate. That is just what will happen in “One Piece” chapter 926, according to a translated teaser (via OroJackson.com).
Luffy will continue to suffer more torture in “One Piece” chapter 926. Along with Kid, the Straw Hats captain will be exposed to forced labor while carrying heavy stones and being tied with Seastone handcuffs.
However, amid the torturous scenes, fans can expect some comedic moments between Luffy and Kid in “One Piece” chapter 926. Over lunch, Kid and Luffy will compete, which will distract their guards. But this seemingly competitive vibe might just be a mask for an ongoing training in escaping the prison or, unwittingly, how they will discover their future combination attacks.
Luffy and Kid's playful competition in “One Piece” chapter 926 will irritate the Hippopotamus guard so he “swallows Luffy and Kid.” But the guard mysteriously collapses because the protagonists will attack him from the inside. Upon exiting the Hippopotamus’ body, Luffy will be carrying an old man that the guard also engulfed earlier.
With a scene where Luffy and Kid fighting together in “One Piece” chapter 926, the possibilities are high that their prison break is right around the corner. Meanwhile, in other parts of Wano, Kin'emon and the others will continue their search for more allies.
Kin’emon will really need a win after Ashura turned them down in chapter 925. “One Piece” chapter 926 is expected to introduce at least 12 new samurais that have the Kozuki Clan mark. They will be handed with the pamphlet from Kin’emon and, hopefully, they will have a more positive response. The Wano arc continues with a new chapter on Monday, Dec. 3.
