After essentially making the whole world his enemy, next to make their move will be Luffy’s father Dragon and his brother, Sabo. “One Piece” Episode 880 will basically see them inciting war with the intent to overthrow the world government and the celestial dragons. This will have far-reaching consequences that will likely impact the Straw Hats later on.
It has been some time since it was revealed to viewers that Luffy is related to some of the most wanted people in their world, with family members literally placed on opposite sides of the government. As TheAnimeScrolls reports, there is going to be a major development there in “One Piece” Episode 880. The title pretty much gives it away, reading, “Sabo Goes into Action – All the Captains of the Revolutionary Army Appear!”
The episode will basically feature every single significant figure in the revolutionary army that is actively trying to bring down the world government. Among them will be Sabo, Dragon, and of course, Ivankov. During “One Piece” Episode 880, there will likely be a reference to Luffy’s recent exploits, which should prove of interest since they shake up world events in a big way.
As for what the gathering is supposed to be about, it basically has to do with the upcoming Reverie. Anyone who watched the previous episode will know that this is the gathering of all world leaders, which include monarchs, world government officials, and of course, celestial dragons. “One Piece” Episode 880 is basically where the plans to infiltrate the event will be discussed.
While the episode will not really feature the Straw Hats in a big way, fans will not want to miss out on “One Piece” Episode 880. The events in this segment will affect Luffy and his friends in a huge manner down the road, which could lead to confusion if not watched. Fans will want to stay tuned on April 14 when the episode comes out.
