“Outlander” Season 4 will be premiering soon but before the new season of the time-crossed lovers airs, the show celebrates the 100th birthday of Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser. In honor of the brave time traveler, Caitriona Balfe who plays the character took to Twitter to answer 100 questions. It’s an excellent example of an actress showing fans how much she truly cares about them and the show.
It would appear that the questions that the actress could be asked were not limited to past seasons, either, since she also endeavored to answer those pertaining to “Outlander” Season 4. In Tweets to fans, she provided details on characters that Claire meets, her thoughts on the show, and so much more. She also conducted the social media Q&A with the hashtag #Happy100Claire.

As for how the show even came up with the tidbit that it is Claire’s 100th birthday, Carter Matt points out that the series on Starz and the books put the character as having lived multiple lifetimes. This campaign of answering fan questions would understandably be straining, but it’s a great promotion for “Outlander” Season 4.
For those who might not be all caught up with the latest developments of the series, Collider provides a neat summary in its review of “Outlander” Season 4. Those who have already read the books will already know that there are even more adventures waiting for fantasy’s hottest couple. Being stuck in the time period they are in, and in America no less, it would seem that Claire and Jaimie (Sam Heughan) simply can’t escape conflict.
“Outlander” Season 4 is scheduled to premiere on Nov. 4 on Starz. The new season will answer many questions that were left a mystery in season 3 and will also reveal the fate of other characters in the series. After all, they didn’t just disappear.
