Based in Dallas, Aldape reports to Jennifer Staciokas, senior vice president of marketing and training.

Coming to Pinnacle with over 20 years of experience, Aldape’s background includes pricing with LRO, Entrata and Yieldstar. She also has a strong understanding of information technology with two large property management companies. Aldape has earned a reputation for delivering results in revenue management, client relations, business processes and solutions implementation. Most recently with Rainmaker Group, she has held relevant positions at Entrata Software, RealPage, Riverstone and Lincoln Property Company.
Aldape will lead a five-person team who continuously identify growth opportunities for clients by leveraging various tools and department resources. The team is successful at addressing pricing in concert with the property’s marketing strategy, sales execution and product understanding. To date, over 46,000 of Pinnacle’s units rely on the expertise of this specialized revenue management team and the software each property chooses. Aldape will build on this platform for existing and future clients.
