Qatar's prime minister said Washington was prepared to pursue a resolution to the war with Iran, Al Jazeera reported Saturday, after Qatar's Foreign Ministry said Oct. 27 it was conveying messages between the governments.

The ministry described a Qatari delegation's visit to Tehran as part of continuing consultations and said messages and proposals were passing between the United States and Iran through Doha. EconoTimes previously covered Qatar's account of the Tehran consultations.
