LOS ANGELES, Oct. 19, 2017 -- RBB Bancorp (NASDAQ:RBB) and its subsidiaries, Royal Business Bank (“the Bank”) and RBB Asset Management Company (“RAM”), collectively referred to herein as “the Company”, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share for the third quarter of 2017. Today’s dividend is payable on November 30, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of October 31, 2017.
