Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart broke up a long time ago, but despite the sad circumstances of their breakup, they managed to become friends again later on. In fact, these days, the actress even complimented her ex-boyfriend and she has been more open about their past relationship than ever before.
Stewart approves Pattinson as the next superhero with the black cape
When Pattinson was confirmed to be the next “Batman” through Matt Reeve’s film, KStew said that her ex is the best guy for the role. As reported, the actress commented that RPatz is simply the perfect choice and added that she couldn't think of anyone else who will do a better job than her “Twilight” co-star.
"I feel like he's the only guy that could play that part," she told Variety just a few weeks ago. "I'm so happy for him. It’s crazy. I’m very, very happy about that. I heard that and I was like, ‘Oh man!’ It’s awesome.”
Maggie Gyllenhaal thinks Stewart is right about Pattinson as the perfect “Batman”
Apparently, it is not just Kristen Stewart who thinks Robert Pattinson is the best pick to be “Batman.” Veteran actress and “Dark Knight” star Maggie Gyllenhaal agreed that the producers selected the right guy for the role.
“I really like him. Yeah, I do think he'll be great. I think he's a really, really good actor,” Yahoo Movies quoted her as saying when asked about what she thinks with RPatz casting. “I really do. I think he's a super compelling actor and I think. I don't know, that's gonna be great.”
In the past “Batman” movies, Maggie Gyllenhaal worked with Christian Bale and Heath Ledger when they starred as Joker, and with Aaron Eckhart when he was assigned as the villain, Two-Face. She also belongs to the Gyllenhall family who is in the entertainment business that includes her younger brother Jake and parents Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Achs.
Meanwhile, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have yet to grant their fans’ wish to reunite even in a movie. The pair already have big movie projects under their names and this time, their fans are hoping that a project that will fit them will come along soon. Both stars expressed their interest in working together again.
