In his role, Erlenbush is responsible for strategic planning, overseeing credit analysis as well as leading the team of commercial bankers in the Billings location. He understands the important role of caring and experienced bankers in the commercial setting and strives to work alongside his team to provide excellent service to each customer.
A seasoned executive, Erlenbush has over 35 years of banking and finance experience. Throughout his career, Erlenbush has held many executive leadership roles with financial services and commercial banks. Before joining Rocky Mountain Bank, he was the commercial banking team lead at U.S. Bank in Billings for the last 15 years.

He graduated from the University of Montana with a business management degree, and enjoys being involved in local civic affairs. Erlenbush served as a past president for four area non-profit education, theater, and community service boards, and is currently a committee member of the YMCA Audit Committee, the YMCA Strategic Planning Task Force and a board member of Billings TrailNet.
