South Korea’s SK is showcasing the present and future of low carbon emission technologies, including over 40 net-zero technologies, at the four-day annual tech show CES in Las Vegas.
Tne group’s products on display at its 1,223-square-meter pavilion range from electric vehicle batteries to urban air mobility, small modular reactors, and sustainable food.
SK, which has 292 trillion won in assets, has been bolstering a green transformation, committing to cutting carbon emissions by 200 million tons by 2030.
SK has a Futuremarks section exhibiting a media art image of the grim future if there is no appropriate and timely action against climate change.
The expo will also showcase thriving future cities equipped with eco-friendly technologies, like waste-to-resources systems, zero-carbon living, and alternative energy sources.
The No. 1 EV charging firm in the US, SK Signet, will exhibit its new technology, while SK Earthon and SK Geocentric will introduce their respective waste recycling and carbon capture storage solutions.
