Recent rumors have surfaced suggesting that Samsung may integrate its revolutionary "Battery AI" technology into the Galaxy Z Fold 6, aiming to significantly enhance battery efficiency.

Galaxy Z Fold 6: A New Benchmark in Battery Performance

Earlier this week, Samsung's next-generation Galaxy S25 Ultra was rumored to include "Battery AI," a cutting-edge technology that claims to increase battery life by up to 10% by implementing more intelligent energy management.

However, well-known leaker PandaFlashPro has revealed a surprising detail about Samsung's new hardware AI technology. "'Confirm' Samsung plans to utilize it in the Galaxy Z Fold 6 to enhance the battery backup by approximately 20-30 minutes more." the leaker's tweet reads.

According to the most recent insider knowledge, Samsung's next-generation foldable device will change foldable smartphones' battery life. It will include "Battery AI," which could increase battery life by up to 30 minutes.

This new information points to a big step forward in battery technology that might solve one of the biggest problems foldable smartphone users have: battery life.

Market Impact: Samsung Regains Lead with Innovative Features

As per Wccftech, Samsung's "Galaxy AI," the company's inaugural AI-powered feature set that enhances the smartphone experience, was shipped with the Galaxy S24 family.

Though "Battery AI" is something the firm is believed to deploy before it formally reveals its 2025 flagship family, we expect to see more of these features introduced to the Galaxy S25 range next year.

Clamshell-style foldable smartphones have traditionally come with smaller batteries. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 from the previous year had a meager 3,700mAh battery, which is to be expected from gadgets that advertise a form factor with so little room for storage.

Naturally, many who use these models as their daily drivers have probably complained about the "less than stellar" runtime; however, as per PandaFlash on X, Samsung plans to use "Battery AI" to address this issue.
