WINDSOR, Conn., March 26, 2018 -- Scapa Healthcare, a trusted strategic outsource partner of skin-friendly, turnkey solutions, today announced the acquisition of Dallas, TX-based BioMed Laboratories. BioMed is a leading business-to-business developer and manufacturer of topical skin care solutions for advanced wound care, ostomy and consumer wellness markets.
Serving similar customer bases, BioMed is Scapa Healthcare’s first adjacent platform.
