Sensors Expo & Conference Expands Women in Sensors Engineering Program

NEWTON, Mass., June 07, 2017 -- Sensors Expo & Conference (#Sensors17), the nation's leading event focused exclusively on sensors and sensor-integrated systems, today announced it has expanded the popular Women in Sensors Engineering Program (WISE) to include a full afternoon session including a panel presentation, coaching & mentoring roundtable and networking cocktail reception.  The program, to take place on Wednesday, June 28 at 2 p.m., is open to all attendees, free of charge. Designed to celebrate those female engineers actively involved in the sensors industry and raise awareness of key contributions and innovations, the WISE program, chaired by Galya Stoeva of Okmetic, is unlike anything else in the industry.  Key topics to be explored throughout the program include building a high performing team and a successful career path, capitalizing on female power and emotional intelligence and competing in a male dominated industry.

Moderated by Stoeva, the panel presentation will feature the following speakers:
