GAINESVILLE, Fla., June 26, 2017 -- SharpSpring, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHSP), a global provider of cloud-based marketing technologies, joined the Russell Microcap® Index at the conclusion of the Russell indexes' annual reconstitution, effective today, according to the FTSE Russell website.
Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.
“Being added to the Russell Microcap Index represents another major milestone for SharpSpring that we expect will increase awareness of our accomplishments,” said the company’s CFO Edward Lawton. “The greater visibility from the Russell Microcap Index couldn’t be timelier, given the strong demand for marketing automation solutions, coupled with our compelling lifetime value and customer acquisition cost metrics and recent strategic partnerships that collectively have positioned us to grow our future sales and build on our expanding market share.”
