IRVINE, Calif., May 02, 2018 -- Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, LLC today announced that CrissCross Solutions Inc., a full-service brokerage headquartered in Newport Beach, has joined as a new affiliate to help with the company’s national and global expansion. Led by President and CEO Darrell Hoover (ICSC, NAHB, CAHB), CrissCross Solutions, Inc. targets retail, industrial, high-end apartment, office, and recreational markets, and recently added a home builder residential land group to its organization.
“The Sperry brand continues to build on itself,” said Hoover. “The principals of Sperry Commercial have been pillars in their local communities. They are part of the fabric of commercial real estate across the country. Their passion and commitment for doing what’s best for the client exists at all levels.”
“We hope to add our expertise in every area possible,” Hoover added. “One of our goals is to assist the principals in expanding Sperry’s reach and capabilities. There are many opportunities to be bold and go big.”
Hoover’s real estate career has spanned more than 37 years. Following a five-year career in the NFL, he established an advertising, marketing, and public relations firm that included some of the largest residential developers and home builders in the country. He then continued his real estate career as the president of Beazer Homes of California, which became the sixth largest home-builder in the U.S. in less than four years.
Hoover is also the former president and CEO of R. Thomas Ashley Group Inc., a real estate marketing sales group specializing in the auction and disposition of residential real estate in 23 states. He is also the president and founder of Diamond Crest Homes of California and Hoover Related Companies, which expanded home building throughout California.
Hoover is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Home Builders, and California Association of Home Builders.
“Darrell is a solid addition to our organization,” said Rich Enderlin, chief operating officer at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates. “He brings unmatched expertise in asset management, as well as a fresh perspective to the real estate industry. We’re thrilled to leverage his knowledge and drive for excellence as we continue to expand.”
