Another spectacu;ar and intense-filled episode was brought to us by the team behind the hit TV series 'Supergirl'. They surely know how to keep their fans glued on their television screens as this week's episode, we got to see a different version of Kara. So here is a recap of episode 16 titled "Falling". Warning: Spoilers ahead!
Yes, you heard it right. Every fan and viewer out there who was able to watch this week's episode would totally attest to seeing a 360 degree change in Kara. We pretty sure love to see her all good and kind and helpful like the superhero that she is, but this time she is the total opposite of those adjectives.
Due to her encounter with the Red Kryptonite, it made her malicious and dangerous even to her friends.
According to the DC Comics database, this variety of Kryptonite would typically last for a day or two. After getting affected, the Kryptonian would typically become immune to that specific chunk of Red Kryptonite. So the people of National City as well as Kara's friends and family will have to do a bit of waiting and cowering as they experience the wrath of bad Supergirl.
In last night's episode, she can be seen toppling a man down to the ground. Her adoptive Earthling sister, Alex, can also be heard saying, "She's been acting strange." Supergirl then appears, smashing walls.
Not only did her attitude changed, her fashion sense did too. Her office mates were shocked on her change of wardrobe even for Winn. This could be an upside on being infected with the kryptonite, not that we dont love Kara's style before. But now she looks totally bad-ass and cool.
What happened last night was the total opposite of what Cat has been gushing about in her interview on The Talk as they discuss Supergirl and her heroics. And what's even worse is the fact that Kara picked her up and threw her out of the building.
