When the “Sword Art Online: Alicization” part 2 begins, fans should expect to see Kirito, not in his usual self. The main protagonist suffered greatly the last time when he tried to contact the real world after facing Administrator Quinella. And the first question fans will have to figure out is whether or not he will ever go back to how he was.
‘Sword Art Online: Alicization’ part 2 plot: Alice looks after Kirito
With the anime series coming back in fall, producers have already released several teaser images and trailers. One of the clips shows Kirito sitting on a wheelchair that Alice pushes over a green field. Kirito also appears to be half-awake for most of the cutscenes giving fans enough idea of how he is going to be at the beginning of “Sword Art Online: Alicization” part 2.
In the light novel series, taking care of an injured Kirito is not the only challenge Alice has to face. After leaving the Cathedral, Alice first brings Kirito to her hometown in Rulid Village. She hopes that they can find shelter with her family. But her father sends her away worrying that she might attract danger with the Dark Territory coming after them. Luckily, Alice and Kirito find help from someone else in “Sword Art Online: Alicization” part 2.
Garitta, who had a cameo appearance in the earlier part of the series, will return and will be introduced better in “Sword Art Online: Alicization” part 2. He will be helping Alice build a house for her and Kirito. In it, she will spend most of her time using her best healing Sacred Art, hoping to bring the old Kirito back.
‘Sword Art Online: Alicization’ part 2 spoilers: What to expect
Before Kirito loses consciousness in the latest anime installment, Kouka told him about bringing Alice to the World End Altar. However, it might take a while before this part gets more answer because Kirito needs to get better first before to make some sense out of this instruction.
The good news is that fans no longer have to guess when “Sword Art Online: Alicization” part 2 will arrive. The series is confirmed to continue in October.
