‘The 100’ season 4’s episode 5, titled “The Tinder Box," will follow Clarke as she attempts to negotiate with a former allied force for the sake of her people’s survival. King Roan is set on taking an army to Arkadia for an impending attack.
The synopsis for “The Tinder Box” posted on TV Guide reads, “Clarke (Eliza Taylor) makes a desperate plea with a former ally in an attempt to avoid a war and ensure the survival of her people.”
It seems that Clary will put it on herself to make a bargaining plea with a former allied force in an attempt to save her people from war as well as an impending nuclear threat as well. According to Cartermatt, things haven’t been going as smoothly as she planned considering the turmoil brought about by differing opinions on leadership.
Perhaps Clary will finally step back and let events run their course by accepting fate to ensure the survivorship and unity of her people. She is set to make a desperate plea to stop a war from happening. She may need to act quickly and precisely to execute some form of negotiation by making a difficult choice since she is beginning to run out of time.
The first three episodes of season 4 featured King Roan of the Grounders (Zach McGowan) willing to cooperate with Clarke and the Sky People despite putting himself in a compromising position. However, he felt betrayed after discovering that Skaikru had been working to build a shelter for the Arkadians and attempting to take the Nightblood as their own.
He retaliated by capturing Bellamy (Bob Morley) and Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) as well as killing off Trikru forces in Polis insisting that it was the Skaikru that ended the alliance. It seems that Roan will lead an impending war in Arkadia.
‘The 100’ season 4’s episode 5, titled “The Tinder Box," is scheduled to air on The CW on March 1, 2017. It was directed by It will be followed by episode 6, titled "We Will Rise," directed by Dean White and scheduled to air on March 15.
