WAYNE, Pa., Oct. 25, 2017 -- The Judge Group, a leading global professional services firm, announced that its Learning division has won the prestigious 2017 Brandon Hall Group Bronze Award for Excellence in Learning for Competencies and Skill Development.
Judge Learning Solutions won the award for the “Focused Training Program” they built for their client, a food distribution supply chain company. Focused Training was developed to provide supervisors with a complete set of materials to locally deliver short, on-the-job training to help employees be safe and successful. It is essentially instructor-led training (ILT) and microlearning, packaged in a way that makes it easy for non-trainers to deliver.
Brandon Hall Award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts and Brandon Hall’s Senior Analysts & Executive Leadership, based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
“We are honored to receive this Brandon Hall Award,” said Peter Pedone, President, Judge Learning Solutions. “This award is a testament to the hard work and creativity of the entire Custom Learning Solutions staff. Our team is constantly delivering innovative, custom learning solutions, and to see their hard work recognized with this prestigious award is very gratifying.”
Recipients of the 2017 Excellence Awards will be honored at a ceremony and gala at the HCM Excellence Conference 2018 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on February 1, 2018. Judge Learning Solutions previously won Brandon Hall Group Awards in 2013 and 2015.
Judge Learning Solutions is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia at 151 South Warner Road, Suite 100, Wayne, PA 19087. They can be reached at 1-800-650-0035 or by visiting www.judge.com.
