DOVER, Del., Aug. 29, 2016 -- Tidewater Utilities, Inc. (Tidewater) announced that it again has been honored with inclusion on the 2016 Delaware Top Workplaces list. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured including Alignment, Execution and Connection.

Tidewater provides water services to approximately 42,000 retail customers for residential, commercial and fire protection purposes in over 375 separate communities in New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties, Delaware. Tidewater’s wholly-owned subsidiary, White Marsh Environmental Systems operates over 40 water and wastewater systems under contract throughout Delaware and Maryland and offers preventive maintenance services related to water and wastewater infrastructure.
