Perkins brings more than twenty years of experience in the recruitment of senior executives for organizations across the nonprofit, healthcare and public sectors, both domestically and internationally. Reynolds has nearly two decades of executive level search experience, with a heavy emphasis on the provider side of healthcare. Prior to joining Diversified Search, Perkins was a Managing Partner with Lochlin Partners and had previously spent more than a decade working as an Executive Director of the Nonprofit Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. In both firms, she contributed to significant growth of the nonprofit practices with a focus on excellent client work and an ability to quickly grasp client needs and cultural fit. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she worked as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles. Before beginning her career in executive search, Perkins spent several years with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in both Research and Clinical roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America.

Reynolds previously served as a Partner at Quick Leonard Kieffer (QLK). He was one of the founding members of QLK when the firm was established in 1999. In 2004, he left to serve in a corporate Human Resources position for a Fortune 500 company, and later was a Senior Associate for Slayton Search Partners. He rejoined QLK in 2007 and had served as a Partner since 2011. Reynolds began his career in the late 1990s as a research associate with Norman Broadbent International where he was responsible for research strategy, and candidate development. He holds a BA from Canisius College and an MBA from Loyola University.
