DOYLESTOWN, Pa., May 01, 2018 -- Xspand Products Lab, Inc. (“Xspand”), a full-service product development company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of approximately 1,301,385 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Xspand. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on May 1, 2018 under the ticker symbol “XSPL”.
The offering closed on April 30, 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Proceeds from the initial public offering will be used for partial consideration for potential acquisitions and general working capital.
Alexander Capital, L.P. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
