Dr Phyu Phyu Oo is a research fellow at the Centre of Excellence for The Elimination of Violence Against Women (CEVAW) at Griffith University. Her research interests include addressing pressing issues of sexual and gender-based violence in conflict and crisis settings. She is also a practitioner with over 10 years of experience in development and humanitarian programs specializing in public health and gender-based and sexual violence in conflict in Myanmar and other Asia Pacific countries.
