Senior Researcher, SA MRC Centre for Health Economics and Decision Science, PRICELESS SA, Faculty of Health Sciences, Wits School of Public Health, University of the Witwatersrand Aviva is Senior Researcher at SA MRC Centre for Health Economics and Decision Science, PRICELESS SA. sHE is a Health Sociologist with a background in Law and Political Science. Her interests lie in priority setting for health focused on NCDs and maternal and child health. She is a PhD candidate and her work explores the adaptation, implementation and evaluation of tools and methods to engage the public in priority setting for health. She has previous experience in programme and policy analysis and development, specifically with regard to community health initiatives.
