Assistant Professor of Sociology, University of Toronto I conduct research on topics of urban change and the sociology of discrimination. My research has been funded by the Fulbright Commission, the National Science Foundation, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, and Les Fonds de recherche du Québec. At the University of Toronto, I teach courses on research methods, crime and deviance, and urban sociology.
