The i-BLADES Smartcase is an intelligent phone case with built-in micro engineered SMART technology that allows users to snap-on new features and functions increasing the capabilities of the Note 8. Making it even smarter. This is achieved through attaching Smartblades®.
The i-BLADES Smartcase for the Note 8 comes with a battery and memory Smartblade that increases the power and memory of your Note 8 wirelessly when you need it – supports fast charging, +10hrs talk time and up to 64GB plus it adds a removable micro SD slot. Snap the Smartblade off when you do not need it. This avoids the bulk of battery cases as well as the wires of battery packs – i-BLADES Smartcases do more and are 50% lighter on average than battery cases from leading manufacturers.
The i-BLADES Smartcase has been developed using a proprietary wireless standard that charges and transfers energy 3x more efficiently than current wireless technology standards – IBSMARTWL 3.0. In addition, the transfer allows data to be exchanged between Smartblade and phone, opening the way for other Smartblades around movies, VR, security, audio, imaging and many more.
Since all Smartblades are stackable, multiple Smartblades can be charged simultaneously, giving days of battery life on just one charge. And each Smartblade is universal so they can be used on other Smartcases.
The i-BLADES Smartcase also comes with an embedded market leading 4-in-1 micro environmental sensor (developed by Bosch Sensortec) that monitors air quality wherever you are. Increasingly important when 50% of Americans live in areas of poor air quality.
Smartcases for the Galaxy Note 8 are available to order now in a soft touch Matte Black finish as well as a leather wallet folio version coming soon. They are on pre-order shipping in late September at a special discounted price at https://i-blades.com and shortly online at various major e-commerce retailers through a partnership with Tech Amor. Prices start from $99.
“The Galaxy Note 8 is a fantastic smartphone and will attract some of the most cutting-edge and advanced power users. These users demand smart technology and want and need to do more with their smartphones. The i-BLADES Smartcase is the perfect match,” said Jorge Fernandes, CEO of i-BLADES. “The world has gone Smart and it’s time cases were too.”
“Tech Armor is excited to partner with i-BLADES on their Amazon and other e-commerce efforts, and to be their partner with Tech Armor’s Ballistic Glass Screen Protection for Samsung’s Note 8 and other phone launches in the near term. i-BLADES’ engineering strength, innovation and product quality align perfectly with our product development philosophy. Combined with world class customer service makes for a powerful alliance,” said Joseph Jaconi, Co-Founder of Tech Armor.
i-BLADES will be at MWC Americas in the Moscone Center, 747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103 from 11th to 15th September for any demonstrations.
