PHILADELPHIA, July 26, 2017 -- iQ Media, the pioneer of real-time audience intelligence for brands, announced today that their Brand iQ™ platform has been named the best Big Data and Tools Platform of 2017 in the 32nd annual SIIA CODiE Awards. CODiE Award recipients represent the companies producing the most innovative businesses technology products across the country and around the world.
iQ Media’s Brand iQ™ platform helps brands measure TV, sponsorship and PR’s impact on desired audience outcomes, by leveraging both live and historical TV programming for every spoken mention or logo appearance of their brand, in both paid and earned media. Their advanced TV network leverages signals in all 210 DMA’s, picking up branded instances as they happen, as well as housing a historical media archive of over 22 million hours of TV programming. This incredibly deep and broad data set allows marketers to both evaluate past media investments and plan better for future TV placements, sponsorship investments, and PR campaigns.
“TV has been one of the industry’s longest-standing holdouts when it comes to getting a measurement and metrics overhaul. We’re proud to not only provide a solution that helps CMOs better connect their investments in TV and sponsorship to business outcomes, but offer one of the most comprehensive sets of data for both paid and earned media measurement,” said Kevin Kohn, CEO, iQ Media. “Being recognized by SIIA for our accomplishments in TV data is a testament to the industry’s growing desire for faster and more attributable audience insights.”
“SIIA’s 2017 Business Technology CODiE Awards recognize the companies that are at the forefront of business innovation. These companies are shaping the future of how we conduct business, and it is truly an honor to recognize these products through the CODiE Awards,” said Ken Wasch, President, SIIA.
The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industries, announced the full slate of CODiE winners during a special Award Ceremony in San Francisco on July 25. Details about the winning products can be found at http://www.siia.net/codie/2017-Winners
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry's only peer-reviewed awards program. The first-round review of all nominees is conducted by software and business technology experts with considerable industry expertise, including members of the industry, analysts, media, bloggers, bankers and investors. The scores from the expert judge review determine the finalists. SIIA members then vote on the finalist products, and the scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners. 60 awards were given this year for products and services developed specifically for B2B software, information and media companies.
In addition to winning SIIA’s 2017 CODiE award, iQ Media has recently been recognized as a CEO World Awards® Gold Winner “Product Innovation of the Year” (2017), NewBay Media’s “TV Technology Product Innovation Award” (2017), Entrepreneur 360 “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” (2017), Philly.com “Top Workplaces” (2017), “SmartCEO Future 50” (2017), one of the “Best Places to Work in PA” (2016, 2014), and the SIIA CODie “Best Software-as-a-Service Application” (2015).
