‘Boruto’ Episode 76 Spoilers, Air Date: Did Konoha Make Mistuki Leave? Boruto on a ‘Skyrim’ Fetch Quest?

“Boruto” Episode 76 is the episode of the anime series following its break, and it promises some rather interesting developments. Right now, the show is still in the middle of its Mitsuki arc, wherein the clone of Orochimaru has left the village. However, recent developments hint that this departure might have been intentional on Konoha’s part. As for Boruto, was he just sent on a fetch quest like in “Skyrim?”

“Boruto” Episode 76 will center around the quest by Boruto and Sarada to get the “Reverse Scales” from Garaga. In the preview clip for the episode, the young offspring of Naruto refers to the mission as a game. Fans of RPGs like “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” will likely know the feeling and could equate this mission to a fetch quest.

Before “Boruto” Episode 76 airs, however, fans who don’t mind spoilers can check out what Reddit user OrganicDinosaur posted with regards to the upcoming episode. Putting up summaries of the installment, it would appear that someone in Konoha is responsible for Mitsuki leaving the village. If so, this individual or group has been working behind Naruto’s back.

“Naruto hears the investigative report from Moegi, which is regarding the incident of Mitsuki’s disappearance,” the summary reads.

“Afterwards, someone surfaces who knows of important, and highly classified information about Konoha: Are they potentially involved in this incident!?”

Suffice it to say, finding out in “Boruto” Episode 76 that there was a traitor in Konoha who might be responsible for yet another catastrophic incident would not be a big surprise. After all, it was the leaders of Konoha who ordered the decimation of the Uchiha Clan. Even under the more enlightened rule of Naruto, there are bound to be some traditionalists who still cling to power.

“Boruto” Episode 76 will air on Oct. 7. Fans won’t want to miss this episode, either.
