A car mechanic’s in-depth review of the Tesla Cybertruck highlights its revolutionary technology and unique design, labeling it as a tech demo on wheels that redefines what an electric vehicle can be.
Cybertruck Dubbed 'Tech Demo' by Mechanic
Ever since its unveiling in November, Tesla's distinctive stainless steel Cybertruck has been a divisive electric vehicle (EV). However, according to Teslarati, a review written by a car mechanic recently praised the vehicle for its advanced technology, mentioning its heat pump, 48-volt system, steer-by-wire, and more.
An extensive evaluation of the Tesla Cybertruck was posted over the weekend on the YouTube channel The Car Care Nut Reviews. The review was hosted by AMD, a Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician. This movie takes a close look at the Cybertruck from every angle, from its exterior and interior to its electrical and heat pump systems, steer-by-wire capabilities, and more.
Tesla Cybertruck: 'Leap Forward' in EV Technology
To kick things off, AMD describes the Cybertruck as a technological "Leap Forward" before diving into the inner workings of the EV's thermal management system.
In addition to this system and other frequently mentioned aspects of the Cybertruck, the presenter delves into several minor details, including the electric vehicle's truckbed outlets, its so-called "brave design," and the absence of conventional door handles.
"I just have to say one thing about this car: this is not a car or a truck or whatever you want to call it," AMD remarks at the conclusion of the video. “This is a tech demo. This is a demonstration of what happens when a company is run by brilliant engineers that are given no limits.”
“No PR department, no legal, no nothing. Just the engineering department—that’s the entire budget,” the host observed.
The Car Care Nut Reviews has provided a full review, which clocks in at just over an hour, which you can view down below.
Positive Reviews for Tesla’s Cybertruck Pile Up
All of these evaluations of the Tesla Cybertruck have been popping up over the past few months, and most of them have been gushing about the new technology it has. This video is just the latest in that trend.
Reviews of the latest Tesla releases have been all over the internet, and many of them have nothing but good things to say about the Cybertruck. These reviews range from those that take place in off-road terrain to those in which it competes with other electric trucks.
Cybertruck Dominates US EV Sales in June and July
Although the Cybertruck's design has divided opinion, the fact that it was the best-selling electric vehicle in the United States for more than $100,000 in June and July indicates that many people are buying it.
After launching the Cybertruck to the public in late November, Tesla has steadily increased the manufacturing of electric vehicles at its Gigafactory in Texas all year.
One of the greatest numbers of Cybertruck EVs seen at the facility so far was roughly a thousand units on Friday, gathered on the Giga Texas outgoing lot.
