NEW YORK, Jan. 28, 2016 -- Arc Logistics Partners LP (“Arc Logistics” or the “Partnership”), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE:ARCX), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.44 per unit ($1.76 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from October 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. The distribution is payable on February 12, 2016 to unitholders of record on February 8, 2016.
Fourth Quarter and Year End 2015 Earnings Release, Conference Call and Webcast
Arc Logistics will release its fourth quarter and year end 2015 financial results on Thursday, March 10, 2016, after the market closes and will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss those results on Friday, March 11, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern.
