“Attack on Titan” Episode 48 has been delayed for one week in order to accommodate the coverage of Typhoon Trami by TV networks. The calamity has already killed three Japanese individuals and injured 200 more as it continuously hammers the country with strong winds and heavy rains.
As this is the case, it’s not too hard to understand the studio’s decision. Previously, “Attack on Titan” Episode 48 had been slated to air on Oct 1. But after Japan was hit by the typhoon, the studio bumped the schedule for one week, pushing it to Oct. 7, Comic Book reported.
“Attack on Titan” Episode 48 doesn’t have much in the way of action since the previous episodes already featured heavy struggles for the series’s protagonists. What’s more, a new government has been put in place after the Survey Corps uncovered the deep-rooted political treachery that the previous administration was conducting.
Historia Reiss has now been crowned as the new ruler for this nascent erected state, taking her rightful place as the country’s legitimate queen. Her transition to her new role went swimmingly since she was the one who dealt the killing blow during the attack of the enormous mad titan. “Attack on Titan” Episode 48 will continue from here and will have various character adjusting to this new governance.
Historia will struggle as the head of the country, while Eren is set to explore the past of his father, Grisha. What’s more, a certain character will reveal key details in “Attack on Titan” Episode 48 which will shed more light on Grisha and why he did the things he did.
It can be recalled that Grisha once held the powers of the Attack and Founding Titans, which he then transferred to his son. The answer to this mystery lies in the secret of Grisha’s basement, an avenue that’s going to be explored in “Attack On Titan” Episode 48.
