“Attack on Titan” season 3 is currently covering the events of the Return to Shiganshina arc that is recognized as one of the most important parts of the entire series. The protagonists have just learned about the past of Grisha Yeager, Eren’s father. After restoring peace within the Walls, the Survey Corps have started advancing to Wall Maria and begin their quest to reclaim the Shiganshina District.
Aside from leading Eren to answers about his past, the Return to Shiganshina arc is one of the most action-packed storylines in the series. For this reason, some fans think that the remaining 10 episodes in “Attack on Titan” season 3 to cover the entire arc.
Some viewers are afraid that the second part of “Attack on Titan” season 3 will feel rushed. However, other fans explain that since Return to Shiganshina is composed mostly of action and battle scenes might explain why the anime producers were able to squeeze it all in 10 episodes.
Aside from reclaiming the Shiganshina District, Eren and the rest of the Survey Corps leaders are hoping to find the Yeagers’ basement and learn more about Grisha’s plans before he died. An official trailer is already out for “Attack on Titan” season 3 part 2 and it sure does promise that intense battle scenes are coming.
