‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4, episode 3 is set to find Cat struggling for survival in a blood sport cage. Vincent and Cat are led to a fight den following their hunt for Vincent’s predator.
In the synopsis posted on Carter Matt stated, “While attempting to be normal newlyweds, Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) grapple with how to overcome the danger lurking. They find themselves in the fight of their lives when their happiness becomes jeopardized.”
The promo opened with Cat warning Vincent that his predator is involved in blood sport. In their attempt to go after the hunter, they are led into an underground fight den where Cat is thrown into a competition cage to fight for survival. She doesn’t seem to be doing too well for herself as she is seen knocked down to the floor.
The final scene shows Vincent crazed and enraged. It would be interesting to see if the two can leave the den in one piece.
In the preceding episode, entitled “Beast Interrupted”, Cat and Vincent learn of a bounty hunter out to take Vincent and expose all his secrets for a hefty bounty of five million dollars. They realize that the threat to Vincent’s identity will lead to grievous consequences. They also work to protect an heiress leading a double life.
According to the Reporter Times, episode 4 will be directed by Don McCutcheon and written by Benjamin Raab and Deric A. Hughes. It is also set to star Austin Basis, Nina Lisandrello, and Nicole Gale Anderson.
