CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 22, 2017 -- Blue Point Capital Partners announced today the acquisition of its seventh Blue Point III platform investment, Fire & Life Safety America (“FLSA”), a leading provider of fire and life safety system inspection, maintenance, repair and installation services.

With over 20 years of knowledge and expertise, FLSA offers its customers a comprehensive suite of service capabilities for fire systems and products, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, pipe/hose systems, fire extinguishers, kitchen hood suppression and emergency and exit signs. The Company’s services are each performed in accordance with federal, state and local mandates.
