‘Boruto’ Chapter 34 Release Date, Spoilers: New Arc Sets Up Betrayals by Kawaki and Koji

Thanks to the announcement that “Boruto” Chapter 34 and up will be a new arc in the manga series, it is currently being taken for granted that Delta was defeated and Kawaki will be accepted. However, knowing which direction this story will ultimately go, the new arc will likely set up how the new member of Konoha will betray them. The same goes for Koji who is likely to do the same to Kara.

As Comic Book reports, there was a recent leak via social media that promises a fierce fight coming up in “Boruto” Chapter 34. There are no specific details that came with the post, so fans are left to come up with their own theories. As things stand, the only route that makes sense here is for Koji to essentially allow Delta to be captured and interrogated before rescuing her.

The fight could be referring to the scuffle that will ensue as a result of Koji breaking Delta out. This is unless Jigen himself appears and takes out the Konoha ninjas that will be arriving at Naruto’s location. The latter scenario is unlikely to happen, as of now, though. As such, “Boruto” Chapter 34 will likely be about Koji since he is already on the scene.

As for Kawaki, he is expected to be welcomed into the Uzumaki family as a member after sacrificing his body for Naruto. This would then make him and Boruto something like brothers, which will only make the subsequent events more painful. After all, the events way past “Boruto” Chapter 34 are expected to involve a dark betrayal.

What’s even more disturbing is how this betrayal will eventually lead to the vast majority of original characters from the “Naruto” era dying. This new arc will likely set events up to line up with this particular plot line. “Boruto” Chapter 34 is the beginning of that when it is released on April 22.
