Bosch Sensortec is a leading supplier of MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) sensors and solutions tailored for smartphones, tablets, wearable devices and IoT applications. Bosch Sensortec will work closely with Qeexo to support the fast adoption of FingerSense technology by smartphone handset manufacturers by offering FingerSense technology to its customers.

FingerSense is the next generation touch platform from Qeexo and the world's first software-only solution that can distinguish between touchscreen inputs such as fingertip, knuckle, nail, and stylus. Using simple gestures, FingerSense enables: enhanced screenshot capabilities, more robust live screen-recording tools, and quick-launch of applications via letter gestures.

Bosch Sensortec recently announced a new family of MEMS acceleration sensors for wearable devices, offering high performance and ease of integration in compact packages. The new BMA456 and BMA423 provide a complementary alternative to Bosch’s existing sensors for wearables and smartphones. For example, the BMI160 and BMA455 contains ultra-small acceleration sensors with integrated Android features designed for low-power smartphone applications.
