BRIDGEHAMPTON, N.Y., Nov. 21, 2016 -- Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:BDGE), the parent company of The Bridgehampton National Bank, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of approximately $50.0 million of its common stock. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold in the offering.
Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, will serve as joint book-running managers for the offering.
