Burger King unveils two distinctive burgers in Thailand with black and pink buns, reinventing their culinary game. Despite the color choices, they aren't linked to K-pop sensation Blackpink.
The Black Whopper Junior, priced at THB149, boasts a succulent beef patty enveloped between two black buns. Thai black pepper sauce is delicately drizzled over the patty to enhance the flavor, providing a unique and compelling taste experience.
The Pink Fish Fillet Burger, priced at THB79, is a daring creation adorned with cocktail sauce and two vibrant hot pink buns. The vibrant colors are bound to evoke strong reactions, but the extraordinary flavor will leave an indelible impression.
Despite the color choices, these new burger offerings have no association with the K-pop icon Blackpink. And interestingly enough, this isn't the first time these intriguing burgers have graced Burger King's menu.
In 2021, they made their initial appearance with slight variations. The Black Burger featured grilled onions, while the Pink Burger showcased salmon as an alternative to the standard fish fillet.
Burger King's relentless pursuit of extraordinary limited-time offerings continues to captivate its loyal customers. Earlier this year, they introduced a chocolate burger and a "real" cheeseburger, defying conventional fast food norms.
Meanwhile, to celebrate "National Cheeseburger Day," Burger King is hosting an entire week of savings and delicious deals in the U.S. The festivities commence on September 18, where BK Royal Perks rewards program members receive a complimentary cheeseburger with any purchase over $1.
The following day, customers can indulge in a free Whopper Jr. with a $1 purchase on September 20. Whoppers will be available for just $3.
For September 21, as it's buy one, get one free on all Whoppers. Guests can relish in free onion rings the next day with a $1 purchase. And to wrap up the week of savings on September 23, Burger King presents a special $22 family bundle.
While no deals have been announced for September 24, it's worth noting that all orders placed on that day will receive double rewards points.
