Burger King is hitting a monumental milestone as it celebrates its 70th birthday this June. The fast-food giant is rolling out a delightful, limited-time offer to start the party to mark this special occasion.
Restaurant Business reported that starting May 13, at participating restaurants nationwide, Burger King is introducing an all-new festive dessert – the Birthday Pie Slice. This creamy, birthday cake-flavored pie comes in a cookie crumb crust, adorned with rainbow-colored sprinkles, cake bites, and whipped topping, making for a perfect celebratory treat.
A Royal Celebration
According to BusinessWire, the festivities don't end with just a slice of pie. Burger King is renowned for its delicious, flame-grilled burgers, a tradition proudly upheld since 1954. In homage to this legacy and in celebration of National Hamburger Day on May 28, Burger King offers a week of irresistible Royal Perks.
Members of the BK loyalty program can enjoy a dazzling array of offers with any purchase of $0.70 or more, paying tribute to 70 glorious years of flame-grilling excellence. The week's deals include a daily lineup of free favorites such as hamburgers, Croissan'wich sandwiches, medium soft drinks, cheeseburgers, and even a free Birthday Pie Slice on June 1 – the day Burger King® officially turns 70.
A Legacy of Flame-Grilling
Since its inception in 1954, Burger King has built a reputation on two foundational elements - flame-grilling and personalization, allowing Guests to "Have It Your Way." Despite the passage of time and the brand's evolution, these principles have remained unwavering.
In recent years, Burger King has embarked on initiatives to rejuvenate its brand, including remodeling and modernizing restaurants, investing in technology, and introducing menu innovations. Pat O'Toole, Chief Marketing Officer of Burger King North America, expressed pride in the legacy built over 70 years and gratitude towards the royal Guests who have made it all possible.
To partake in the celebration and for more information about the new Birthday Pie Slice and the week of special offers available to Royal Perks Members, Guests are encouraged to visit www.bk.com. Participating U.S. Burger King restaurants will offer these deals in the BK App and online while supplies last, with terms and conditions available at bk.com/terms.
