Coca-Cola has a smartphone and it is considered the first in the world. Most of the phone brands are resorting to collaborations with popular product names to boost their presence and visibility and Realme is also using this scheme to launch its latest phone model through a partnership with the said world-famous soda beverage.
Coca-Cola and Realme’s partnership is the latest deal between a beverage firm and a mobile phone maker. The Chinese smartphone company already had many collaborations that resulted in successful results. Some of its previous partners include gaming franchises, anime series, films, and now a globally recognized maker of the Coke soft drink.
The new Coca-Cola phone is a Realme 10 Pro and it will be sold as a limited edition unit and dubbed “Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition.” it was noted that this is the first time that the company has teamed up with a beverage firm.
The Times of India reported that the new phone features the iconic logo of Coca-Cola including its red color body. Everything, including the packaging of the phone, has a splash of red. The package also includes the Realme “realmeow” Coca-Cola figure that buyers can collect.
The pin ejector of the phone unit is unique as it was shaped like a bottle cap. Buyers will also get other freebies such as stickers, a Coca-Cola bottle cutout, and a limited edition card.
If viewed from the back, the new Realme 10 Pro looks like a Coca-Cola in a can but aside from the physical appearance, everything else aside the phone has the specifications of the typical Realme 10 Pro.
As per Phone Arena, the phone comes with a 6.7-inch 120Hz LCD display and a 1080 x 2400 (FHD+) resolution. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
It features Realme UI 4.0 on Android 13 and the main camera is 108MP. The Coca-Cola phone has Coke-themed wallpapers, app icons, ringtones, and other Coke-branded items. Finally, the Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition is set to be sold in India and priced at Rs 20,999 which is Rs 2,000 more expensive than the regular Realme 10 Pro.
