AMHERST, N.Y., Jan. 25, 2016 -- Columbus McKinnon Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCO), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, today announced that on January 25, 2016 its Board of Directors approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about February 22, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2016. Columbus McKinnon has approximately 20.0 million common shares outstanding.
