HAMILTON, BERMUDA, May 19, 2017 - DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) ("DHT") announced that, in connection with the previously announced cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock to be paid on May 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2017, the Conversion Price of the Company's 4.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Notes") was adjusted, effective May 18, 2017. The Conersion Price was adjusted from $6.5097 per share to $6.3942, which represents a Conversion Rate of approximately 156.3914 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes.
