EMERYVILLE, Calif., March 25, 2016 -- Today, TubeMogul (NASDAQ:TUBE) announced an expanded partnership with Discovery Communications, enabling select brands and agencies to automate private inventory management on Discovery GO.
Launched in December, Discovery GO connects U.S. viewers with live and on-demand access to award-winning programming from several networks in the company’s portfolio, including Discovery Channel, TLC, Investigation Discovery and Animal Planet. Discovery GO currently is available at DiscoveryGO.com and through apps available in the iTunes Store and on Google Play, and will be coming to more platforms in the near future.
TubeMogul Select Access provides a transparent and controlled automated reservation interface that streamlines direct deals between marketers and leading publishers. Additionally, over 100 TubeMogul brand and agency clients have committed to or are already buying ads on Discovery GO.
"Discovery GO is extending the reach of Discovery’s programming to viewers, while also offering advertisers a powerful way to reach our premium audiences across screens,” said Harold Morgenstern, Senior Vice President of Digital Advertising Sales at Discovery Communications. “We are excited to partner with TubeMogul to assist current and new advertising clients in smartly managing and investing in valuable solutions.”
"We applaud Discovery for bringing the benefits of automated buying to their premium digital video inventory,” said Keith Eadie, Chief Marketing Officer at TubeMogul. “Using TubeMogul Select Access, approved clients can negotiate, make offers, optimize and measure through automated software -- all while maintaining a direct relationship with Discovery."
