According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Zebra understated its income taxes through the end of 2015; (2) Zebra under accrued certain 2015 estimates, particularly its sales commission plan; (3) Zebra overstated the net realizable value of trade receivables acquired in connection with its acquisition of Motorola’s Enterprise division; (4) the impact of material weaknesses identified in its internal controls and procedures over financial reporting and disclosure; (5) Zebra’s financial guidance for 2015 and the first and second quarters of 2016 were materially false and misleading; and (6) as a result, Zebra common stock traded at artificially inflated prices throughout the Class Period. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
