(NASDAQ:EVBG), a global software company that provides critical communications and enterprise safety applications to help keep people safe and businesses running, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock, of which 6,250,000 shares are being offered by Everbridge and 1,250,000 shares are being offered by existing stockholders of Everbridge, each at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “EVBG” on September 16, 2016. The offering is expected to close on September 21, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
